1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Porn Blocker Pro, other mobile applications, websites, and related services provided by AUGUST SOFTWARES ("we", "our", or "us").
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
3. Use of Services
You may use our services only for lawful, personal, or authorized business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, Google Play rules, and any instructions presented within the relevant service.
Features may change as we improve security, reliability, compatibility, or regulatory compliance. We may also suspend a feature temporarily for maintenance or technical reasons.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information when an account, purchase, or support request requires it.
- Keeping your device, account credentials, and access methods secure.
- Using the services without violating another person's rights or attempting to disrupt the services.
- Reviewing device permissions and settings to ensure they match your intended use.
5. Subscription and Payments
Paid features, subscriptions, and in-app purchases may be processed through Google Play or another authorized payment provider. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase.
Subscription management, cancellation, and refund eligibility are subject to the terms and policies of the payment provider used for the transaction. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a completed charge.
6. Intellectual Property
The services, including their software, design, text, graphics, branding, and original content, are owned by or licensed to AUGUST SOFTWARES and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services as intended. They do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AUGUST SOFTWARES and its proprietor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, misuse, security risks, non-payment, or material violations of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or security improvements. The updated version will be posted at augustsoftwares.com/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
